What makes your coffee "specialty grade"?

All our coffees score 85+ points on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale, putting them in the top tier of coffee quality worldwide. We work exclusively with skilled producers who use careful cultivation and processing methods at high altitudes (1,250-1,625m) in Honduras' premier coffee regions. Each batch is cupped and evaluated to ensure it meets our exacting standards before it reaches your cup.

How does direct trade work and why does it matter?

We build direct, long-term relationships with our producer partners, cutting out middlemen and ensuring farmers receive above conventional market prices. This means better livelihoods for farming families, higher quality coffee for you, and complete transparency about where your coffee comes from. When you buy from us, you're directly supporting the hands that grew your coffee.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Freshness is everything to us. We roast in small batches and ship within 3-5 days. Your coffee arrives with the roast date clearly marked, typically within 1-2 weeks of being roasted – perfect for optimal flavor extraction. We never send coffee that's been sitting on shelves for months.
