Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been roasted or shipped.
• After this window, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of specialty coffee.

Subscriptions

• Subscription orders renew automatically at the selected interval.
• Customers may skip, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date through their account or by emailing hello@raicescoffeeroasters.com.
• Charges that have already processed follow our Refund Policy.
