We roast with care and ship fast so your coffee arrives fresh.

Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) may begin processing the next business day.

Methods & Timing

• Carriers: USPS and UPS for U.S. orders; local couriers in Honduras where available.
• U.S. delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• International shipping varies; duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free-shipping promotions apply as stated on-site.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
• Please verify your address. Undeliverable packages due to errors may incur reship fees.
• Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, but we’ll assist with claims if something goes wrong.
