Refund policy

At Raíces Coffee Roasters, every bag tells a story from Honduras to your cup. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unopened coffee in original packaging is eligible for a refund.
  • For quality issues (damaged or defective items), we’ll replace or refund even if opened (please include photos).
  • Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, opened bags without a quality issue cannot be returned.

How to Start
Email hello@raicescoffeeroasters.com with your order number, the issue, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Wrong, Damaged, or Lost Items

  • Report damaged or wrong items within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • If tracking shows no movement after a reasonable period, we’ll help investigate and replace when appropriate.
