Origin Notes
Cacao leads — clean, warm, and grounding. Peach lifts the mid-palate with a soft brightness that keeps it from feeling heavy. Caramel ties everything together through a finish that's smooth and naturally sweet. The washed process lets the terroir of Opalaca speak clearly: no interference, no excess. Just a balanced, honest cup that earns its place in your daily rotation.
The Story Behind your cup
The Story Behind your cup
In the highlands of Opalaca, Luis Herrera Villeda tends Catuai Amarillo trees at 1,600m on Finca Don Tono — a farm named with the quiet pride of someone who built something worth naming. His washed processing is precise and intentional: every step designed to let the coffee's natural character come through without distraction.
Luis farms the way his region demands — careful, methodical, and deeply connected to the land. Opalaca's cool nights and volcanic soils do the heavy lifting, producing a cup with clarity and consistency that's rare in specialty coffee. What Luis brings is the discipline to honor it.
Every bag of Gracias is the result of that discipline — a coffee that doesn't shout, but stays with you long after the cup is empty.

Absolutely delicious coffee! The dark chocolate, caramel, and walnut notes are such a perfect combination. Beautifully balanced and exactly the flavor I love!
I really enjoyed the Gracias coffee. It’s smooth, not bitter, and has a really nice natural sweetness to it. I could definitely taste the chocolate and caramel notes, with just a little bit of fruitiness. It’s easy to drink and has quickly become one of my favorites. Definitely worth trying if you like a smooth, flavorful coffee.
